General Information

Both crystal healing and reiki are complimentary healing methods.
All information remains strictly confidential.

What happens during a treatment?

An initial crystal or reiki therapy session usually lasts about 45 - 75 minutes. This includes taking an accurate medical history, establishing what you would like to receive from the treatment, and having the treatment carried out. Subsequent sessions last 45–60 minutes.
I will ask you to lie fully clothed on the treatment couch and relax.

When crystal therapy is being given, I place different crystals on and around your body.

 When reiki is being given, I place my hands gently on or over the body.

With both of these therapies, no manipulation takes place, & no pressure is applied. The recipient automatically draws in only as much energy as is required.

During a treatment you may feel tingling, heat, cold, or feel relaxed as energies are moved within your body.

Benefits of therapy can be immediate or gradual.

Aftercare

After each session I will discuss your treatment with you, making any recommendations about further treatments and / or self-help.

If you have any queries between treatments please feel free to contact me.

Treatments are enhanced if you are able to:

·    Rest afterwards

·    Drink plenty of water to aid detoxification

·    Limit any alcohol intake on the day of treatment.

Fees

The fees are £25 per session.

Fees for home visits available on request.
